my name is allene smith I was an employee of the south waco fairfiel inn. I have been sexualy harassed for about 1 1/2 years at this place of employment . My bosses name whas mike ryan, I have talked to the GM of another hotel about it several times and she came and talked to him about the situation and I also talked to another manager about the situation but no one did anything but just talk to him. So I had decided to take it to the distcrict manager and nothing there. what they did was put him on suspention and at the time I was making 8.25 hr. They put me back at min wage and moved me to another hotel. The district manager said that he would pay me for various reason and not my x boss is back to work. I am no longer working for this company I also have spoken to human resources. I really need help I do not think that this was fair at all and I would like some justice.
