NON DELIVERY OF CARS

We booked Alto Cars - 2 no's on 30.05.2011 and paid the entire amount on 31.05.2011. The said amount is credited to the account of dealer on 02.06.2011. Dealer had assured to give delivery of cars with in 2 days of realisation of cheque. Today ( 07.06.2011) even after lapse of 5 days dealer is not able to give me any specific assurance about date of delivery. In fact at the time of booking dealer had confirmed that cars are in the stock.

Service

This is regarding the service done on my ALTO by Rohan Motor, Sector -1 Noida. I want to register two complaints against them

1) Regarding the Attitude & Behaviour of Service Advisors:
a)The service advisors will never give you delivery after servicing the vehicle. b) They will not bother about taking the clearance from owner about the quality of service. c) If you will complain them about the previous problem they will not bother to listen to that. - Absolutely Unacceptable Behaviour of Customer Service Department

2) Regarding the Vehicle Mileage - They checked My Cars Fuel injection and ruined the system. Earlier my car was giving the average of 19 Km /Lt. Now it is 15 Km / LT.

Horrible Dealer.
