I purchsed mauti dezire in oct 2010. In month of Feb 2011 sound frm right side of vehicle start coming .In second service same was informed to shourya motors.No intention was given to vehicle as result sound from vehicle goes on increasing. Now on 5-4-20211 the vehicle was again checked fron shourya motor jammu J&K they said right arm of vehicle was faulty same is sent by the maruti udyog ltd new delhi.and it will takes atleast 15 to 20 days Sir when I contacted the vehiclead people on phone no 94197 96821 they will charge for the spare part as this spare part was not in guarranted part when I have paid for three year extended warranty. It became unneccessarily harresment for the me after purchasing maruti deire which needes much papularity in media also. Kindly do needful
