I purchased a maruti swift VXI on 26th of April, 2008 since the very next day I found noise from front doors. I is coming on slight rough highways too. Its very irritating. Immediately I went to Tara automobiles, Abohar, Punjab (dealer) for the check-up. They convienced me that it (noise) will be stop after driving it (car) for a month. But it didnt stop. I made a complaint, which was responded soon by marutiudyog Ltd. I went to Chandigarh (250 Km) for check-up. Mr. Sudhir Aggarwal, the area manager tried to convince me that its a psychological problem with me and not a problem of my car. i was very upset with his conversations, so I went to another dealer-cum service centre (Chittosho), at Mohali. They got the sound and temporarily rectified the problem. After a month, I again got the same sound. After visiting several times to my local dealer (Tara-automobiles, Abohar), at last I made another complaint. Another new area manager came, but could not rectify the problem. My car is at service centre now.
