I am suppose to be getting a refund on 2 different travel packages and have not received anything. You sent a form for me to fill out requesting this refund; I did sign these and return them to you several weeks ago. I have received nothing and you dont answer your phone. The package code is A4NL1034. I would appreciate a reply to this as soon as possible. You have violated your terms of the agreement.
