State of Maryland allows "Notice to Vacate without Cause" essentially in spite of Fair Housing, Civil Rights, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Landlords have the power to give their tenants the boot..even IF the tenant pays rent on time and keeps the apt presentable ie no drugs, loud partying... nothing. Without Reason tenants can be forced to move in Maryland.

Great smokescreen..forget about Fair Housing, Civil Rights, ADA... you have no rights as a tenant with this in Maryland.

Can someone assist in abolishing this Maryland Landlord Tenant Law?
