I had purchased two giftcards in December 2009 for an hour massage each. I also paid tips: included in the gift cards. One of my friend used her card in a month; other has tried to use it last week. Massage Envy told her that the card has already been used in another location in June; and they charged her credit card. I'm very upset that there is an obvious scam and they are saying "our records are showing that it's been used!". I asked them to show me the gift card already been used in June; they said they are not keeping used gift cards; simply throwing away. There are two options: my friend is trying to fool them (she desperately needs that second free massage!!!) OR there is an INTERNAL SCAM but it's not worth to put an effort to find out!!! So every gift card is in danger (especially if tip is paid!): those can be used in another location by ghosts !!!
