I would like inform Chrysler and Dodge owner of Massey Yardley in Plantation, Florida of their unprofessionalism and inability to service vehicles; without destroying them. I had my vehicle service on 10/27/09 and my vehicle was dead on 11/28/09. The dealership tried to find my husband the owner at fault, not true; due to the dealership performing minor service repairs to my Dodge Hemi. The dealership, then tried to charge more money to find out the problem; although the mechanic knew he had dropped something in the engine and did not change important plugs. The oil gaskets were never change on the vehicle either. I as seeking full compensation from this dealership, they were not pleasant to me; when I approached them with the problem. I guess this happens often and customers just pay. I seeking $10, 698.95.
