i purchased a mini grinder a year or more ago when they were on sale with the impact guns(purchased both) the grinder chewed up the gears and when i took it back she said i need a reciept, but she said it was warrintied for three years and that it was not that old yet but could not do anything for me .I was pissed since all i buy is mastercraft gear and have never had a problem before and never needed a reciept.In short i wont by mastercraft again...

After a few years of use my charger for the electric Mastercraft drill 54-2964-6 broke down. There is no service department at Canadian tire !
Writing an Email to Canadian tire I got the answeer "discontinued no parts available". Now I can throws the drill, the charger and the batteries in the garbage.
