Matthew Chan advertises to help new authors and he charges large fees and then sells their books and doesn't report the earnings. Then he post negative reviews of your site and books. I see he has done this to tons of authors and publishers.

Do not go near this guy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!! I paid him $2300 and he told me that my books didn't get any buyers then ten buyers called me to tell me they love my book. Matthew has ripped off Ari C. Hinnant, Ryan Clark, A Love, Jennerfier Pickens, and the list is endless...
