We are failing to get most of our bills through the mail. This is very frustrating to me. I have to stress because im not getting all of my important mail. It would be a mistake if it only happened once but three or four times, thats ridiculous. There is a major problem somewhere, and I would like to know what it is. I had a house payment coming and it was getting close to due time and I still hadn't received it so i went and asked the postmaster if she had any mail for me that might of gotten put somewhere else and she pulled out my house payment booklet. It wasn't in an envelope but it had the correct address. It makes it even worse when you go in there to ask her a question and she has to be rude about it.
