First off, I would like to say that this is so embarassing for me. It goes to show that sometimes we are so caught up in fads and quick fixes that we are desperate for anything. I was on the site and was reading about how if you use this product along with the Acaci berry, it will have double the benefit. I know I am not mistaken when it said a free trial. Nowhere on the order form did I see where it stated that you would be placed on the automatic shipment and charged the fee of $89.95.
When I called up the company and spoke to the representative he was quite obnoxious. He stated and did not question me; You are aware of the $89.95 because this was on the form when you ordered the free trial. Isn't that something, you are going to tell me what I saw when I was ordering. He then informed me that he is unable to help me and I need to contact the
[email protected]. Conveniently the hours of business to complain or question the charge on my card is Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. If you do not contact them during this time your complaints or feelings of being a disgruntled customer are not affirmed; not like they really would have been anyway. Ironically enough the hours of purchase are 24hours a day 7 days a week, you do realize that is no shocker. I really hope that the better business bureau will be able to help me and stop this company from scaming people.
