false credit card charges
The add stated I would only be charged s/h charges for samples of teeth whitner. I was charged s/h and on one a charge of $78.93 and on the other $88.97. I would have never agreed to this. Beginning in May 09 tnis co.began charging me 9.99 per month . These are fraudulent charges.

Scam and theft
I ordered the "fee trial" for a small shipping charge. I received the product 10 days after the ship date. I did not even have time to try the "free trial". Then I received another shipment, so I refused it at the post office, with return to sender. I was then charged full price for the free trial and also for another one. I called and they would not refund anything as I did not call within the 14 days. I agreed to pay for the first shipment but wanted credit for the shipment I returned unopened. They would not refund anything. My credit card company is looking into the matter.

Unauthorized charges
I fell prey to a scam for a supposed "free trial offer" for shipping cost of 4.99. You are to have 15 days to try it. It arrives in about 10 days, leaving you 5 days to decide to keep or cancel By the time you figure out that they start counting from the ordered date, not the received date, you will be getting charged 78.93 for the full cost of the "free" sample. When you try to cancel they tell you that they cannot make any refunds to a closed account so they give you $20.00 back for the "free sample" and talk you into keeping it open just a little longer so you can be refunded more of the price. By then they have already shipped the "monthly delivery" you supposedly signed up for and charge you 83.92, even though you have already cancelled, but according to them not quite in time. I shipped the package back to them and have a tracking number to prove it arrived at their address, but this is not good enough for a refund because I "did not ship it according to proper procedure" which involves getting some "RNA" number from them prior to shipping. So, as it stands, I have paid 142.85 for a 2 week supply of a product I most vehemently do not like. The trays do not fit, the gel leaks out, it does not whiten well, and it tastes bad enough to make you gag. All of this has been told to them but they do not care. I stronly advise everyone to stay far away from this company and their in my opinion worthless product, or you will have learned an expensive lesson just like I did.

Fraudulent charges
Max White Teeth, advertises free trial merchandice for shipping and handling charges only. What they say in small print is if you don't notify them within 14 days, you don't want any more of their worthless product, they will continue shipping their worthless product to you. I just cancelled my credit card because they refused to confirm. they would remove my credit card number from their files.

Unauthorized charges
I ordered a FREE trial of tooth whitening product. I got the product but have not tried it yet so I don't know if it even works. But I was shocked when I get this charge to my checking account so I called the company. First I could barely hear because of static and feedback on the line and I asked for my membership to be cancelled. The man who had an Indian accent (lord only knows where I was calling) The man told me he cancelled my membership. I asked him for a return authorization # so I could return the product that apparently they already sent. He told me I could not get a refund. He said that according to the terms I was suppose to cancel withing 15 days and because I had not I would get no refund. I still have not received the product. I would like to find out if anything can be done to this company and their dishonest business practices. If I had any idea I was signing up for a monthly shipment I would never have ordered a "FREE" sample.

Refund needed
Through the internet I sent for "free sample" costing S&H only.Maxwhiteteeth then proceeded to take $78.93 from my credit card now that I have supposedly become member with the co. and they intend to bill me this amount monthly!!! I never authorised this and wish to disassociate myself as a member and would appreciate a refund of the latter amount. This has been a costly learning experience for me and I would like to warn others. This method of selling is despicable. If I had a communication e mail address or telephone number I would contact them myself. This info is not available in the advert on the internet.I trust the mailing address you have indicated for this co is up to date.As a Scot I recognise the British postcode you display but I'd like an address in USA where I live.

Ripped off
I went to the bank today to find out about another company who had taken out money from my account-Ivory Brites. When doing so, I found out that Max White Teeth had taken money from my account as well. I have never event seen the product delivered. I accepted the free trial, which did not include free shipping. I used my debit card. Max White Teeth appears to be a scam. They used my debit card to charge my account.

Rip off
I ordered the $4.99 trial. I had an even coming up so I thought I would try it. And it worked ok, but really didn't like it that much. It made my mouth all foamy and strange when it was done. So I call to cancel my account. It took about 6 times to get through to the gentleman who I could hardly understand, that I wanted to cancel it. Finally he said he did. But there is still a charge of the $78 dollars on my card. You are automatically billed after your trial period, which actually starts the day you ordered it. Even though you don't have any product and you don't get it for a week. They will net take back the product that is left. And I am out the money that I needed for groceries for the next 2 weeks. Please, someone tell me what I am supposed to say to my 2 year old when I can't buy him milk this week. Tell my husband that we lost $78 for crappy teeth whitening. It's a rip off even if I could affort the money. Do not buy from this company! Or any other teeth whitening company on line, they are all scam artists with out a heart and all they want is to overcharge for something that the world wiould gladly live without.
