	debbie February 28, 2009 rip off I order for the free trial of AcaiBerry, thenMaxacaiberry charged my account, I did not order anything from them, tried to call the phone number, once someone picked up the phone, I could hear workers in the background, then they hung up without answering my call, Every other time I could not get through!
	Jeri January 28, 2009 Didn't order/didn't receive I ordered a trial of acai berry supreme. I didn't realize I was supposed to cancel the order & was shipped & charged for another bottle. In the meantime, my credit card was charged $94.57 from Maxacaiberry. I never ordered from this company nor did I receive the product. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Today I received a call from the credit card company stating that Maxacai had agreed to credit my account $62.04 only because they have a restocking fee that they had to charge me. I think this is a bunch of bull. How can I be charged for something I didn't even order in the first place??? When I tried calling the number that shows up on my credit card statement, nothing happens.
	margarita January 23, 2009 wrongly charged credit card I called for a free trial from another company and at NO time ever contacted maxacaiberry for a sample of anything! I have been calling all morning with absolutely NO luck what so ever. I just noticed this charge online today, but if I dont cancel will surely be billed for a product that I never ordered and have NO way of canceling. What to do?
