These phone cards have a very bad connection quality. The connection is so poor that sometimes the calls dont connect but your card is charged regardless. I called their customer service number but they said there was no action they could take to compensate me for wasted cards. Instead they told me I should read the fine print on the poster at the retailer I bought it from.
