Katie Ann Zeugner is on state assistance for rent and food assistance. Maximus doesn't even check to see if she is following all the conditions of the state assistance that she is on. For example, if you are on rent assistance you are not allowed to have anyone living with you except for the adult and the child/ children. She has been letting her boyfriend and his kids live there too.
