I just called Maxline to order a part for a stringing machine. I honestly don't think that I've ever received as little help from a vendor NOR have I been treated as poorly as I was by the person answering the phone. I assume that this is a one person setup because I could not get the "customer service" guy to find someone that I could talk to that could understand my native language (english, by the way).

If I lived a little closer, this situation would have certainly called for a face to face visit so I could express my frustration and anger at this little man.
