I too have been scammed by this Company. I spoke with a Melissa Carter and she obviously had spoken to one of my debtors as she had information about the debtor that she had not been privy too. I have a similar story to all the above complaints and paid this fraudulant company $1693 to file a suit against our debtor. After they got the money from us - they were no longer available to talk to and just got the run around, time after time. They are very good con artists and take advantage of vulnerable people who have already lost money in the first place. We have filed a complaint with the DA in the County of Kern, but do not know if it will do any good to put them out of business.
