I accepted an offer for a Free Bottle of Maxx Trim (30 Day Guarantee Free Trial offer). Was charged $54.95 10/19/08, cancelled 10/29/08, sent back unopened 11/03/08. Company confirmed received back 11/06/08 but said said they did not refund your money, say you have to order one of their other products. I did not agree at anytime to order another product, I accepted what was supposed to be a Free Trial but could not use due to possible adverse reaction with prescription medications I have to take.
I filed a complaint with the BBB but that was useless, they do not help the consumer.
This company needs to be put out of the business of scamming the consumer with their false advertising of Free Trials when they charge for it and you can not use and they refuse to refund your money. Is this how they get their money to stay in business? This is not business it is a scam.
