Macy's is processing customer's payment a day or two after the due date, so they can charge late fees. although, macy's deducted the funds from customer's checking accounts several days prior. After spending hours on the phone disputing with their reprensentives, they require you to call your bank, so your bank can fax them a pipeline or transmitted at 513-573-2073 to proof the transaction. it is big hassle, especially for the alderly.
