This has been a nightmare as it has been for you also. If only I could send you the info I have gathered. I am old and weary and computer illiterate . All you victim of fraud folks need to file complaints with BBB and Attorney General.

Dear BBB consumer protection

I am a disabled senior,glaucoma-cannot see well
I purchased a Maytag dependibility plus contract- My refrig has been non-operating since Aug1st. Several- service people came and made it worse each time.
I called the:Service net solutions at least 15 times
They do not return my calls.
No food since Aug lst. Their # 1=8668454719
my claim # 2093496 -contract am0098431
Could not figure out how to access this:
The BBB Serving Western Michigan does not process any complaints against this company. Any complaints are directed to the BBB serving Louisville, KY for processing.
For a full report contact the BBB located in Louisville at (502) 583-6546 or www.ky-in.bbb.org.
They list 4 different states as business address-The final one in Ky.
I have no LD service- bought a phone card but cannot see the numbers.

Am not very computer literate. Will be grateful for help.

There are thousands of others who have not known how to complain. (A lot of good it did me)
