Dear Sirs,
I was confirmed for a home service appoinment twice tonight. When I returned the last call (by caller ID) to confirm the information that I had been given, I was informed that I had been bumped from your schedule. I eventulally spoke to a call center supervisor who identified herself as "Tonya" who was unhelpful, condescending and made quite a slanderous remark directly to me and about me. I am genuinly appaulled by this matter. I will niether recommend your company's services or use them in the future. Furthermore, I intend to persue this matter to the fullest extent of my powers.
