I received a pop up window stating that my Norton Antivirus was out of date and I was attempting to renew my subscription-I put in my bank account information and was told the charge would show as MBDETAILS-I now cannot get the pop-up to come off of my computer-so I will have to take it in to have it looked at- also I tried to call the company and spoke with gentleman who could barely speak english-He just kept asking my name over and over again. I explained the problem, however he then put me on hold, never to come back to the phone.

I have notified my bank this is a fraudulent charge and had to cancel my debit cards, etc

Their Logo looks similar to the Norton Anti-virus Logo and it comes up when you attempt to search any security program online. This company needs to be shut down!

Charged me $52.89 for a free download of Spybots. In addition, it failed to install and now my computer is really running screwy.
