I opted for a "free trial" and was sent a sample bottle and charged $9.75 for it- most of the cost was the shipment to the UK. I'm OK with this. I am furious that they have since deducted two further payments of around $75 each within the space of a couple of weeks and have caused a FIT-FAC deduction of ~$20 against my credit card. So that's a further ~$170
that I did not knowingly sign up for and indeed no further product has been delivered. This caused me to do some research and I find that this is common practice and there are endless unhappy Customers with similar complaints to me- all against this Company. I have cancelled my credit card and am trying to recover my money. Such practice as this would not be condoned in the UK. If I could drive to this shameful Company I would and I'm sure that I would be proud of the action I would take. I hope the US authorities do something about this Company . I need to have my confidence and pride in the US restoring.
