Went to 2 different stores on sept 16, one on lee blvd, lawton oklahoma. Went to one on cache rd in lawton oklahoma. These people have no sense of urgency. To wait 20 minutes for 2 egg mcmuffins is ridiculous. Stop hiring the gang bangers these people dont give a crap. This company has gone down hill for the last five years. Its pretty bad when you call the customer complaint line and the mail box is full so you cant even leave a message. Nice job on taking care of your customers.
