Poor service
At 6:45 p.m. SUn.June 08, 2008 I went through the drive through and ordered 20 chicken McNuggets and 2 Large fries. The cashier repeated the order twic and then I drove to the cash window and paid for my order. When I received my order i proceeded home to eat. To my surprise I had 20 McNuggets and 1 L Fry. I tried to contact the store but after three tries it was clear that no one would answer the phone. As the cost of driving back to complain would have added too much to the meal I am writing this complaint.
If there is a problem should it not be settled at the store leave? I guess not as no one answers the phone. Then the question is does anyone care? This is customer service? I think that this store should be visited and the managers set to a slightly higher standard than uncaring idiot.

service
I was at Macdonalds on Grove st., Jersey City, NJ.Today, June 5/08 at 10:00 am
I asked the manager for a senior citizen coffee and I also intended to validate a coupon for a breakfast sandwich. A very young lady (said that they didn'nt have senior citizens coffee (fine) but then she smirked (not good for business). I said to her that this was the only Macdonalds that did not have senior citizens coffee and I left the place really disappointed because I have gone to other Macdonalds and have been treated very courteously. I am really disappointed.

Customer Service Rude
Had very rude customer service. Placed order did not let us complete our order was told to drive forward. Drove to first window two girls talking and they did not open the window. Went to second window which was even ruder. Was told that I need to pay at the first window. I explained that I must of misunderstood and that I had stopped at the first window, but no one opened the window. Her responds was "Next time pay at that window." While she was getting my order the two girls at the first window was yelling out the window - "Dumb A** - Will never to McDonalds again. Apparently they do not very much training on customer service.

Crappy service
When searved at McDonalds "Dustin" at the druive thru was very rude over the speaker and when trying to ask for extra ice in my tea-he threw my change at me and simply slammed the drive thru door in my face.
When getting to second window and receiving tea with no ice-I returned the tea stating it had no ice in it and it was warm. The girl got the manager who was also rude, and the girl commented within ear shot of myself that she was not giving out ice because she could not reach it.
I used to work at McDonalds in Brandonburg, Kentucky and we had several customers complain while I was there about the service and food at the Corydon, Indiana McDonalds.
I am a porter at another restaurant in Corydon, Indiana-I have checked out the McDonalds in Corydon and found the food to be all around crappy, along with the service and attitude of its employees. And their cleanlines of the restaurant is terrible.
But, being that this restaurant is just off the main highway to Louisville-I dought the service will change. The people from town know to steer clear of the establishment, but the highway traffic obiviously keeps them in business.
It is s shame when the large corporations like McDonaldf have gotten so large that they do not have to worry about a small restaurant, in a small town, and that their gaurantee of "Golden Moments" and customer satisfaction are just a line of crap to get you in the door.

wait
with gas prices so much I still had to wait 25 minotes for my food and 10 minutes is because your emplyee was talking to there frinds and there friends gave my wife and i the finger and your employee laughed about it !!! they messed up my order the last 3 or 4 times i went thru the drive thru and can not get even an apology !!! hire some help that treats there customers like they are important and quit making people wait at drive thrus at gas prices as they are !!! also give people their moneys worth and quit cheating your customers!!! give them good service at a good price and give them a decent size meal and quit acting like an oil company !!! people want a loyal company as much as companies want loyal customers !!! WISE UP !!!

So Called Fresh Food
I am so sick and tired of McDonalds adds and the posters they have on the wall how there food looks so fresh and that they sell quality food to our children.this particular day in question and many other times i have ordered food from maccas the chips are 9 times out of 10 cold..Now who the hell likes cold chips.And the burgers i have gotten in the past..they have been so cold sometimes that the cheese has not melted at all and the buns taste stale.I have gotten into habit say if i order a McChicken meal to cook the paty fresh up and cook a batch of fresh chips..We should not have to.God if im going to eat food we know i not exactly good for us it should at least be fresh and taste good.other wise what is the point.And the way they make them.I have received many burgers where the patty is almost of the bun and the salad and sauce is all through the container and not on the bun.Now i know it will not look exactly like the picture but they could at least make the effort to make it properly..so it looks like a burger..there has been a few times where i have made thwm remake it and i get a huff and a puff about it.What is the problem.Im paying for food that is suppose to be good quality and when i look at it should look like what it is suppose to be.Now many people will say so don't go back there.But i like McDonalds and if you get it the way it should be it tastes great.Any one else have these problems..

food
On may the 23rd 2008 i orderd 1 happy meal and 2 big mac meals on the happy meal chips half were frozen and half were burnt afterwards my daughter was sick and had to stay of school for 2 days on her birthday and she never had a good birthday as she was in bed sick next time this happens i will not be happy

Bad service
I was an regular customer with this companyfor many years, It was so close to my house and easy access. I do alot of around town driving so I would sometimes eat at the other locations in town. Due to the multiple problems I started to encounter, I soon learned that there is a company here in town called 'RMACS' that owns some of these as franchises. It was with their great effort to screw me at each of the 3 locations I went into that made me vow to never to eat at a McDonalds ever again due to all the bad service, horrible food, and wrong orders, and had stuck true to my vow until today. I was pressed for time and this place is fairly close to my office. I ordered directly from the menu as it is stated on there, "(3) one dollar chicken sandwiches, (1) one dollar and 99 cent french fry, and a sweet tea. I noticed that when I ordered the 1.99 fry, it appeared as 2.09 on the display. I didnt have time for an explanation or to hassle the manager for my 10 cents back, but as I drove back to my office, i thought about how noone had mentioned that the fries ahd gone up to 2.09 when I specifically stated the 1.99 fry as it is shown and listed on the drive thru board, and what if they are ripping everyone for this additional 10 cents. 10 fry orders equals 1 buck extra-free and clear profit and depending on your order total may even incur additional federal tax). The bottom line is that thanks to these 'RMAC' morons, I have reaffirmed my vow to never purchase anything from McDonalds again. I could relate many other stories from the 'RMAC' locations, but I think you get the idea. Once again, as stated in an email to McDonalds Corporation, the ONLY redeeming quality about the Cassat Ave. location is the VERY NICE lady named Dorthy that works the drive thru. About a year ago, I had left my wallet at the office, Since she recognized me from my many previous visits, She paid for my lunch HERSELF(I saw her put the money in the register) when I realized I didnt have my wallet that day. Since then, I have repaid her the money, but her kindness alone isnt enough to make me ever spend money at a McDonalds again.

Rude and no service at all
I had gone to eat at Mcdonalds in Parkmore Shopping Mall, Johannesburg, South Africa and waited 30 mins for my order by which I had laid a complaint with the staff for taking so long, I was told "if you dont want to wait then f*ck off" of which I replied I would complain to head office, I was ignored. After 45 mins of waiting I complained again and was told "If you dont like it here then leave" I replied yet again to see the manager and was told that the manager refuses to see me, either I wait or leave. I left horribly disgusted with the situation and I was not the only one, everybody had a bad taste with their non existing service but they just laugh it off, talk to each other and ignore the clients.

Sometimes the most unexpected incident happens to you at the most unexpected time and place.
This is what went thru my mind as I walked out of the McDonalds restaurant at Woodside Square on Saturday May 10, 2008
I was at the McDonalds along with my niece. We went in to quickly grab two things on our way to her house. I went into the restaurant at 7.17 pm and went to the line. There were two people in front of me ready to place my order. To my surprise there were no employees to serve them. They were rather busy chatting among themselves around the drive thru service window.
This went on for a few minute at which point two employees decided to work for the time they are being paid and came to cash. They started talking orders, and when my turn came I went to the cash and placed my order. This was at 7.37 pm. By this time my niece who is 5 was both hungry and wanted to go home.
Again the employees all gathered around to talk. To my surprise the manager on duty was among them. This included, some employees who were off duty, or I assume because they were not in their uniform but had access inside the serving area. All of their concerns were more on their plan to meet together the next day than serving their customers.
I was waiting for 20 minutes at which point one employees asked, why I was standing their. I told her that I still didn’t get my order and that I was not alone and pointed to others who were standing around for their order. At which point she asked the male employee who took my order and he looked at me surprised and asked what my order was. I repeated my order again, to which he said “Oh I don’t have that here”. I simply replied, I ordered and paid for it and showed him my receipt.
He looked around for his portion of the receipt and then took mine and went to make the order which was another 10 minutes. Finally he came back and handed me a bag, no apologies at all. Wow how nice!
When I got into the car which was parked right in front of the restaurant, the 680 News gave me the time as 8.13. I can’t seem to understand why it took close to an hour to pick up two quick orders, and it wasn’t a complicated order either. Whatever happened to the customer friendly “fast food” restaurant?
When we finally got home and opened the bag, there were more surprises waiting for me. The extra ketchup I asked for was no where to be found, there were no ketchups at all. The cinnamon melt that I ordered was not there. I found a box of chicken nuggets, which went straight to the garbage cause we are all vegetarians at my house and we don’t eat chicken.
Then I realized, I wasted an hour and at the end of it didn’t get what I wanted. This was not the first time that this happened to me at this location, but this was by far the worst experience. This is not some corner burger place, but rather one of the most recognized restaurant franchise around the World.
After all of this I came to this conclusion; I will make it a point to not walk into this McDonalds restaurant again. I will make sure that I let my family members, friends and co-workers know of this incident, because I value my time more than anyone at that restaurant care to.
Very Disappointed
