I feel sorry about the conditions of this restaurant at Gas Alley, Red Deer. AB. It is so very clean from the outside appearance and it is the most unclean we have ever been in. Through Alberta and B.C. we will drop into the Big Mac for coffee, etc. and always so very clean. With the wages you have to pay, I would think the management there would have the employees clean up the tables, floors all around the edges were extremely dirty. We will not be going back to this location because we felt unclean eating there. Thought you should know.

I recently bought a "Happy Meal" and came home unhappy. The light inside the Spiderwick toy that I examined could probably cause blindness or at least a headache to a small child. I was even more flabbergasted when I found out the toy was for children THREE AND OVER! A four, five, or six year old wouldn't know not to put the light in their eyes! I am writing a letter to them saying that I want their toy changed IMMEDIATLY. I cannot believe that the package was telling the truth by saying "Safety Tested"

Terrible customer service, they never get an order correct. I go to the drive thru at least once a week, I order two large hot tea's, I explain to the representative taking my order (repeating it twice) how I want them, tea bags, creams and suger on the side. Not once have they ever got the order correct. They put the tea bag in and sometimes the creamer and suger at the same time, they say they try and help the customer out so they don't have to do it. Well any person with any common sence knows that you do not make a cup of tea putting the bag, creamers and suger in at the same time. Today, as I got to the window the representative had a hot tea with the bag in it and and ice tea ready for me. I explained for the third time what I wanted, they were not happy with me and told me to pull forward and wait for my hot waters. Five minutes later I went in to get them, so for two hot waters it took over fifteen minutes, at a drive thru. They have also gotten my sons order of as double hamburger plain, wrong 4 out of 5 times. As sad as it seems I now wait at the window when I get the order and go through every burger to make sure it was prepared how I wanted it. I've also had the same issues with the McDonals in Highland MI.

I went to McDonalds on January 31, 2008 and purchased the chicken selects and an order of fries. The French fries contained a substance that caused severe abdominal pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, extreme fatigue, comatose sleep. I believe i have acquired a bacterial infection because of it. I've been experiencing extreme pain. This is not the first occurrence with this company. There seems to be either a toxic substance in the salt thats placed on the fries or the oil in which the fries are being cooked.

I have been a regular patron of macdonalds cafe since it has opened here in broken hill love the coffee. Yesterday morning at 8.04am my husband had called into the restaurant to buy a coffee & croissant, placed his order waited for 25 mins but didn't receive his coffee & croissant. Then at 12.25pm me and my husband made our way over to the plaza and called in to macdonalds for a coffee, i placed my order got given a number and waited outside for our coffees to arrive 20mins later one of the workers had come outside to give someone else there order by the way come much later than us when we asked where our coffees where the young girl snapped and said that the order had already been taken out, so i asked for my money back and proceeded on my way to go shopping. NOT VERY HAPPY I MIGHT ADD.
