I received an e mail informing me that i had won 300 000pounds from mcn mobile lotto promotions and that i submit my personal details of which i did.Now they require me to pay 556 US dollars to Inland REvenue Tax inorder for them to transfer my lotto winnings to my account.What i want to know is whether it is a scam or not before i pay them that amount.My email adress is [email protected], your response will be greatly appreciated.
