I purchased a Canon printer in Dec, 2009 and have never received the $40 rebate despite have TWO Certified Mail Receipts and TWO visits back to their store...total rip off! I will never go in there again. Also, someone named Faye Freeman, supposedly dedicated only to fixing rebate issues, has never called me back, despite messages left for her IN THE STORE and via phone. Someone needs to shut this company down!
