Over $200.00 loss when company failed to complete an exchange on a returned jacket. Absolutely no response despite numerous attempts to contact MCS via phone, email,and letters over an 11 month period. Your credit card is bill in Canada, returns go to Florida, and only an answering machine picks up when you call. I am not the only one that has been burned. Warning: Do not deal with these guys!
