I recently posted a rant about KLM and four lost bags...seems i have an update. The bags were passed by KLM to MCS Express (express!?) A baggage repatriation team. They then passed them to another courier who will delever them to us. Great! We get our bags back!

No... whilst we have a name for the company we have no contact details. They apparently tried to deliver this morning however no one has been in contact with us, we were told they'd text presumably to make sure we were home or to arrange drop off (we have those pesky 9-5 jobs). We've heard nothing from this company. Why don't they have contact details for this company i ask?? Surely you speak/communicate with each other?? No, it seems this it their first day therefore they cannot contact them! (But they can pass bags to them) Could somebody remind me what century we're in that companies don't have contact details for each other??
