I was admitted to CT medi clinic on the 9th March. Had my baby by ceaser on the tenth. Just want to say how utterly disappointed I am in the service and experience. Your hospital came highly recommended and never lived up to aq single standard. I truly want to express that this was my first child and CT medi clinic managed to ruin this joyous occassion for me.Portia in the nursery was down right rude and condescending, no empathy for ceasarean patients and no manner fo speaking to people, June (contract nurse) puts an antenatal patient with complications in the same room with me, baby heart mornitors playing on highest volume whole night, myself and newborn did not sleep that night, I had to send my child to the nursery and I had to be awake the whole night! how does one recover from a ceaser like that? basic rules of project management seems to be lacking in your establishment. the only Godsend was Ursula in the nursery, truly a wonderful person with a heart that should be around newborns. I would like feedback on this as on the day all i was told is 'sorry'..sorry is not good enough, I require explanations, I require solace, Im sure this is not how you do business??
