They canceled my cosmetic surgery for no reason. (had an clearance for surgery from DR. ) They promised me a full refund of my $2500. but never paid me. I took them to Miami/Dade mediation where the clinic admitted to mediation that they owe me the money and will send it but never did. Ive turned them into the Attorney Generals, BBB, Board of Health/medicine, protested outside their clinic, put up a website bashing them, they still wont pay. Im going to sue them soon but ill probably have to attach their assets because they wont pay.
