Reading other peoples complaints was like reading my notes this last year. S.H. should be gotten rid of. I'll TRY to be brief. Signed up 12-2009 with Dental, STILL WAITING, wrong Doctor on card, even if i go to panel Doc. I must pay and ask S.H. for reinbursement $315 for basic Office call . Sent in Disenrollment within time limits after 20 calls not happy, every time I call since Feb.2010 - different REP., Will get back to me, Have superviser call me, ect. STILL WAITING and my health goes downhill. Now Ive received a CMS copy of a payment made for a MRI done in CA. on the same day I had MRI done in WA.Plus other charges I never had but Panel Doc. charged for. Asked Doc. and CA. Hospital who say did MRI for copies of medical work 3-mos. ago STILL WAITING. As I see it, in house people over charge Medicare and I believe charging for services not done is illegal. Class action lawsuit where do I sign up.
