we paid to have our house remodel such as add more kitchen space extra restroom and add more bedroom space . he would start a job then we would give him money then we wouldn"t see him for about three weeks later we started in june of last year and we about 85% done . we also found out that he does not have a lincence he has been using his brothers who name is ronnie medina.could you please advise us what to do.
