I have attempted to contact the company above several times via email (3 times) and phone (2 times) to cancel an autoship. There has been no response to my requests and I am now forced to lodge a complaint here and the Better Business Bureau. This company does NOT return phone calls and emails.

My original order went out on 10/10/06. I had changed my mind and attempted to cancel the 7 day introductory offer (order #:5805949). When I sent the request the first time (10/10/06), second time (10/11/06) AND third time (10/13/06), I never received an answer. I made 2 attempts to call them also and had to leave a message since nobody answered!!

Yesterday, the 7 day sample was sent and since this will be an autoship shortly, I am very concerned that my cancellation request has been ignored SEVERAL times and they will not allow me to cancel this! This is horrendous customer service!!!

Thank you for allowing this complaint to post. I would hate anyone else to have to deal with this!!!!
