I've been paying for this @ $19.00 a month for quite along time, only to find out there's nothing available I called waited on hold for an hour, finally called another # on back of card talked with a girl . She instructed me to go on website to see manual, or chat live. The website is not there & cannot talk to anyone. When you need to know if this covers any part of ER service or MD or anything no info available . I believe this is a scam .
