Management is terrible. The pay is low. Benefit packages is really not much benefits. Looks good, but not good. Be careful working for the company. They may file a lawsuit on you/do not pay you. There is no direction or structure. You may work for them for months and still not sure what to do. Take forever for something to happen. Do not have clear expectation. When something goes wrong, it is your fault not them. If you do something wrong, they do not correct you. They will find the right time to come back and hunt you down badly. Staff who left the company tend to not want to have any business association with them after they left. You will not be happy to work for them. Do not think you will have long-term employment with the company because people come and go very often. It is sad that every benefits is about the company not the employees. Only if you really need a job, go ahead and work for them. Otherwise, you might not have a future working with the company or happy working there. Just talk to most of the staff who left the company and they will let you how they felt. The company seems to be great at the beginning but is terrible in general. It is like a person without a head. You don't know what to do. Just be careful.
