Dear Sir/Madam:
I have been trying desperately to discontinue my insurance plan with Mega insurance company. The plan and benefits what they originally promised, they happened to all fake. Moreover, currently I have been living abroad with an overseas assignment and I do not need their service any more. I tried best to reach them through their website but it was of no avail. They also do not give any phone number to call from overseas. They have been withdrawing $259 every month from my account, which is an unnecessary drainage of my account.
