I am and have been in the medical billing industry for the past 26 years. I contacted and signed up with this country after hearing their ad on the radio. The rep was a crook and never returned my our after we had signed up. The policy hardly covered any of the benefits it claimed it would, etc.
In one sentence: This company is a fraud.
Do not sign up with them because your providers will not get paid, you will end up paying the providers, and you will not receive the benefits you were promised.
