This is to request consideration to the management to wave the monthly dues being charged to the owner of unit 37N One Orchard Road 2-Royal Orchard located in Eastwood, Quezon City since june 6, 2008 to present due to the following reason described below:

For the reason that the condominium unit key was not yet released to the owner and never been used or occupied since then the Acceptance Receipt was signed in June 6, 2008 by the owner.

To resolve the problem, may i reiterate to wave the monthly dues since June 6, 2008.
