The all inclusive rate at the Melia Vacation club is offered at a discounted rate from the standard hotel rate at $98.00 when in fact the standard rate for any hotel guest is $71 to $81 depending on the room selection.

Thus the MVC members pay 25 to 30% more than any hotel gest in violationof the contract terms.
