We got him as our official photographer to our wedding. He asked for a complete payment before the wedding which we did. After the wedding he sent us the cd (softcopy) of our pictures but never give us our wedding album, which is part of the package that we got. We tried to call him but he's no longer responding to us.
I was thinking that the albums that he showed us are also from other couples who got his services and did not deliver it to them.
