Melo Touch is owned by Carmelo Sicion who's also the event photographer. We got him to cover our wedding. He was the official photographer of our wedding who never give us our wedding album. He asked for the whole payment before the wedding, and since we trust him we pay him the whole amount that he requested. We tried to call him and he always promised a certain date until he's no longer reachable. It's aslready been two years since our wedding.
