Just reviewed my AT&T phone bill, and to my dismay I discovered to months worth of $19.95 charges for a Member's Edge voicemail service. How can they do this? I have never even heard of such a service, or this company. I was successful at getting through to customer service promptly, and they said they would credit me $39.90. Hopefully I will never have to worry about this SCAM again. Beware.
