I was charged an $8.43 charge on my AT&T bill on 3-14-07 and another monthly fee for Voicemail through Members Edge for $19.95 on 3-15-07. I called the 800 number on the monthly statement to find out what this was and the said that it is a servic I signed up for on the internet. I had given them my mothers maiden name and my birthdate and phone number to bill to. After telling them that I did not order or authorize this the person on the phone got short and I asked that they refund this charge and he refused to do this. I told him I was going to call consumer affairs and AT&T and he still never agreed to refund the money and he got angry and hung up. I will not pay this charge to AT&T and will not do business with a company that does business with companies that do business this way. This is straight fraud!!!
