I leased a copier about 1 year ago and was generally happy. My first year's "free" service was limited by 60, 000 copies. About 3 months before the year was up I was already getting late notices on a new $400 charge for extended service. The billing staff is not friendly or helpful and acts like I don't have a right to question the charge. They call and talk to your staff about collection, and in general, I would not recommend them to anyone.
