We have a Mazda MPV, it developed a popping noise in the frontend. we took the car to the dealership where it was discovered the coil springs were string the inner fender cowling. We have the the Platinum Warranty which was suppose to be bumper to bumper coverage. Well it is not. Mepco considers the inner fender cowling as trim and not essential to the vechile even though the inner cowling is there to protect the CV joints and front wheel drive system from damage . As a recourse we contatced our locale Mazda dealership andthey are going to take care of our proble, at little cost to us. This bumper to bumper warranty is a rip-off. We will be cancelling ours
