I cantracted with Meramak as a processing company. Everything was fine until 9 months later I was looking at by bank account and someone had taken funds from my account. I called the bank immediatly and they told me it was Meramak. I told them they had no reason to take fund out at this time and they said they had presented 2 checks at the bank. I asked for copies. After receiving the copies they had presented 2 computerized checks for 395.00 ea with my company information on it and it said I had authorized it and it had a stamp "signiture not required". This was for the 2 machines I had put down a deposit of 100.00 each for a 1 year agreement. That's it no strings attached. I Immediatly called them and they asked if I had quit processing with them? I said no I had just processed today. They then said I had to sign a paper and they would put the funds back but not until I signed the form. The form gives them the right to do what they did in the first place. So I said I would not sign it until the money was put back. So here we are 8 months later. I sued them. They lost and are now going the route that my charges should be filed in calf since thats where they do business. So I go see a judge on friday to see if my case will be dismissed because of this arguement. I do have a lawyer I have been consulting and helping me with it. For anybody out there DO NOT GO WITH MERAMAK INC FOR C/C PROCESSING.
