Mercedesmanuals advertised a electronic code scanner online for my CLK 320 automobile. It was a little pricey, but I needed it. I ordered the "CClassOBD" code scanner. However, I received a generic "CAN OBD code reader, Memoscan U480". They said that the C Class scanner was discontinued. They overcharged me by $10 for the substitute. Also, the substitute scanner was sold through Amazon.com for $30 less, and it didn't read specific Mercedes codes. Mercedesmanuals agreed by email to refund my money including shipping, but did not. I ended up getting a refund for the product, but paying about $20 for shipping and handling in the end. Note that they are still advertising the C Class scanner, though they told me it was discontinued.
